One of the most important parts of being a Bride is making sure you look your best. Let’s face it ladies, we spend enough money on the dress for just one day you better give yourself the body you deserve to ROCK IT!
We here at In the PINK Ink have compiled a few helpful tips to get your body mentally and physically ready to wear white <3
Step #1 Eating Healthy- A healthy diet is the number one tip for looking great in the dress. Make sure you’re getting your daily amount of fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of water and putting yourself on a low-carb plan. Make sure you stay away for overeating and indulging before you cut your cake.
Step #2 Lose the excess- Your diet will assist in losing excess weight but intense cardio is really going to help you lose the extra bulge we all can do without. All brides should be doing 45 mins of cardio at least 5 times a week to get full results. This with a healthy diet will make the weight fall off before your eyes.
Step #3 Tone-up- In reality we can lose all the weight we want but if our arms aren’t toned up that strapless dress you just paid a few thousand dollars for isn’t going to look good next to your flabby arms. Pick up the weights ladies, no one said you needed to be the next body builder but doing a few simple curls with a 5 or 10lb weight will firm and give you the definition you deserve.
Step #4 Smooth out- OK so you have been doing nothing besides working out, eating right, and curling up for the past few months, now it’s time to treat yourself. Smooth your body out. Go for a Swedish massage and a facial the week before your wedding. Relax and realize you made a difference in your body and you are going to look fabulous in white. Plus you get to finally indulge in some cake ;)
